Hello thumbless,This could be caused if the Outlook Express Message Storage file is corrupted. I suggest that you rename the file and reboot the computer to recreate the file.a. Click Start, go to My Computer.b. Browse through the locationsC:\Windows\Application Data\Outlook Express\{GUID}OrC:\Documents and Settings\<User>\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{GUID}\Microsoft\Outlook Expressc. Right-click the Folders.dbx file, and then click Rename(Copy and backup this folder to a different location, in case of failure you might need to replace the original file.d. Type folders.old.e.
